What are your emergency restoration capabilities?

We maintain optical rings in several states and are currently equipped to handle numerous damages simultaneously. We are on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week including weekends and holidays. Although our response time is immediate the time it takes for us to get on site depends on your location.

On average, what are your splicing prices?

Can I order supplies through you?

Absolutely. We can obtain any materials you need to complete a project. Our relationship with our suppliers gives us the advantage of having a variety of manufacturers to choose from and the ability to receive the product quickly.

Can you provide testing and documentation of fiber optic networks?

We can provide hard and soft copies of optical time domain reflectometer(OTDR), light source and power meter, and optical return loss(ORL) results. We have invested thousands of dollars in top of the line testing equipment and we are capable of testing both single mode and multimode fiber networks.
