I have been in this industry going on 45 years and I have seen companies come and go. I can honestly say that in working with all of the personnel in Genesis Fiber, both management and with the splicers, I have never had a bad situation with any of the owners, supervisors or any of the employees. I have witnessed myself the remarkable experience all of the splicers and supervisors have troubleshooting a situation with not much information to go on to find the damage or to at least get our customers back online as quickly as possible.
