Genesis Fiber Optic Splicing was started 20 years ago by President Kent Coleman after retiring from the Navy. Kent and his son, Paul Coleman, Vice President GFOS, believe that family-owned and operated companies demonstrate a passion and understanding that goes beyond the bottom line and wanted to create a business that would be sustainable and utilize modern technology to ensure the dependability of telecommunications in Hampton Roads.
